Wish List

road home madison wi

The Road Home Dane County needs the items listed below to serve our families in shelter and to help them get settled in housing. Wish list items can be brought to The Road Home any weekday from 7 am - 5 pm. Questions? Contact programs assistant Takisha Jordan at 608-294-7998, ext. 312.

Interested in “hosting” a donation bin at your place of work, office building, congregation, or school for a wish list drive? We can provide the donation bin and signage. Make a difference in the lives of homeless families with children by coordinating a “wish list” drive. Donations of wish list items helps homeless families with children while they are in our shelter and when they move into housing.

We are partnering with Reynolds Transfer & Storage to pick up, store and deliver the furniture to families in need. If you have furniture to donate, please call The Road Home at 608-235-6853 or email Sami at samik@trhome.org.

As of August 2016, due to generous donors like yourself, we have received an influx of furniture and have reached capacity with Reynolds on what we can store and deliver out.  We are not accepting any furniture donations at this time, but will update this page when we are able to start accepting donations again.
