Unrestricted gifts support our mission and are used where most needed such as to provide supportive case management services, student enrichment, in-home counseling, rental assistance, employment assistance and transportation. Increase the impact of your gift by talking to your employer now. Many companies have matching gifts programs to encourage charitable giving among their employees and families—including sometimes retired employees. If your company has a matching gift program, they may double or triple your gift, enabling us to help even more families. Building Futures apartment sponsors have the opportunity to make a life-changing difference in the lives of one family. The sponsors cover the family’s rent for two years. During this time, families use a portion of their monthly income to cover critical expenses instead of rent.
