Join us for annual Families Moving Forward Celebration on Saturday, August 18 at Our Lady Queen of Peace as we celebrate the accomplishments of families in our programs.
Please join us for our Families Moving Forward Celebration which will be held on Saturday, August 18 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace, 401 South Owen Drive in Madison. We will be celebrating some of the accomplishments of families in our programs —from anniversaries in stable housing to academic achievements. We’ll have live music provided by Kinfolk Soul, a local American Rhythm and Blues band known for their captivating live performances which include an array of music from jazz to mainstream R&B, to funk, Latin and Jamaican-based rhythms. Lunch will be provided. We will also be passing out backpacks, which have been donated by individuals, businesses and congregations, to families in our program.
